Custom property for app access in Dev environment

Hello everybody, 

I would like to grant the access to an application to some key users in order for them developp in it. 

As they can only access one app, I can't put them admin and access all the dev environment. I've created custom properties that I've applied to the application and the selected users but It does not work. Their "my work" section is not visible. 

The regular users access an app by beeing in an AD group that matches a stream name. The stream rule is that if you have access to the stream you can access what's in it. 

When I audit, I see the users having access to the dev apps but they can't see the my work.
