I'm using QlikSense enterprise. I wanted to refresh data for one of my dashboards, so I clicked "load data" button in data load editor, then numbers refreshed. But I closed the app and re-entered again, it still showed me numbers before data reloading. I have no idea why this happens.
Does the document contain section access? If so, then you don't have access to part of the loaded data. But if you reload the document you see all the data directly afterwards. If you then exit the document and reopen it again section access will be applied once more and you won't see the part of the data you're not allowed to see (according to what's defined in the section access table).
