Date filter aplay less than or equal

Hello Guys , am new to qlik

I have Date field "Date_NEW"  i use it in filter pane , i want to retreive all dates less than or equal filter pane value 
so when user select date  .. the dashboards dimention and measure should run before or equal that date

for example  if he select  30-11-2020  the table should get the max date by  15/11/2020 and latest status Active.

 

VMAX=MAX(DATE_NEW)

Latest status =If(aggr(nodistinct max({<Date_New={ "<=$(v_MAX)"} >}Date_New),OBJNR) = Date_New, TXT30)
