Date headed Column in numeric not in text?

Hello All,

I have Excel file which is having multiple columns but I have columns as month also like apr-16 may-16 as below

But when I am loading this excel in Qliksense it is showing like this

Any type of help in this please.

Hello Sid,

It seems that the field is getting converted as number. Please use given sample expression/field in edit script.

Date(Date#(DateField, 'MMM-YY'), 'MMM-YY') AS DateField

Hello Rahul,

Those Month fields are columns not in Date row so basically this wont help.

Change the coulmn headers format to "Text" on excel and try to load it again

I just tried it the columns turned to number after selecting text.

Anything else now I could do cause this is not helping.
