Default selections in "My works"

Hi all,

Is there a way to set selections in an app in the server (i.e. in "My works" in the hub) so that when I publish the app, the selections are retained?

If I have certain selections in QS Desktop app, save the file, and then upload the app to QMC, and publish the app, then the selection will be retained when anyone opens the app from the server.

However, it seems there is no way to set selections in the "My Works" hub on the server, 'save' the app, and when I publish the app, and someone opens the app, the selection is retained.

Does the question make sense?

Try this apply bookmark on open.

If not try this way. Not sure if it works in your version though. Works in 2.0.1

Open app, make selections and go to script editor and reload. then it should automatically save with the selections.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, I was able to reload through script editor to retain the default selections.

However, I would like to retain the default selections when the app is refreshed by scheduled QMC Task. Is this possible?

In my environment, when an app  is reloaded through scheduled QMC Task, all default selections, and even bookmarks, disappear. I am using 2.2.4.0.

Not sure above mentioned works with QMC/Publisher.

Use the extension form Branch. I havent tried this either, but looks this is goign to help you to resolve your issue.
