Displaying the duration format in native map object

Hi,

I have a QS native map object (point layer) and i am trying to present the values as a duration but they are being displayed as  decimals. 

i have tried wrapping the time() function around the expression (for colors and size & shape) but it doesnt make a difference. 

If i click on an individual location on the map i get the pop up when i hover over it as 0.01, if i use the same expression in a KPI object it displays 00:19:34, so i know the expression is correct, But i want that to display in the pop up instead of 0.01. 

Does anyone know how i can achieve this please?

Here is a QVF with sample data, as you can see, the KPI boxes underneath the maps show the correct values but hovering over the point in the middle of each map give the wrong format. 

The left map is needed in the format of hh:mm:ss and the right map is needed in %
