Distinct Value

I have the following Fields in my Source
Reference|Amount|Name|Description|Country|Domicile
I Need to have the Distinct values Only For the Below fields excluding 'description' Column.

Reference|Amount|Name|Country|Domicile..

But in the Output finally I need the Description Column to be included after taking the unique values of the above field

Either you can load distinct values or you can also try to achieve what you're looking for in the front end.
