Do the use of multiple containers in a single sheet affect performance?

Hi, 

We are creating a new dashboard in QlikSense and it has 4 views, and we want to know:

1. If it's better to create 4 sheets with 7 components (charts+ KPIs) + filters  + 4 navigation buttons in each of the sheets. OR
2. If it's better to have all the components in 1 sheet (28 components + filters + selection buttons) and use containers to show/hide the charts based on the buttons selected by the user.

-> What is the recommended way? (#1 or #2 or it doesn't matter)

-> Is one way more performant that other? 

-> Can data for each sheet,  be loaded only when the sheet is in view? Or is all the data for the dashboard loaded at the same time?
