Easily change how many months to sum in a Table / Pivot table

Is there a simple way to sum a variable number of columns?

For example, it's APR so I'd like to sum JAN-APR and separately MAY-DEC.

Let's say I run a monthly presentation in Qlik Sense and I have to prepare an app each month - how to do the above in a simple way so I didn't have to change a lot of formulas each month, given that the re?

In ex. in Excel I can create a formula where then I only need to change one cell content and everything calculates accordingly.

It allows you to kind of filter on fields when calling a measure.
