1)As a user, I would like to upload new threshold(s) and have a dashboard to view how the new figures affects the KRIs
2) If I am satisfied with the new KRIs I would like to persist that information to the underlying data source (e.g PostgreSQL) so that I can get the view from the database directly. Can I automate the changes to persist in database/model so that the same can come up directly on dashboard by default
