Enter 2 new row in qliksense tble

Hi All,

I want to calculate insert two rows i.e(Opening & Closing)and calculate XIRR based on Opening & Closing
My data is as follows:

What i want is the yellow lines as shown below,if user selects start date as 2018-05-31 & End Date as 2018-12-31

Opening is coming by taking value(Cashflow) of start date-1(start date is 2018-05-31 and taking value of 2017-11-21).

Closing is coming Opening Value + Last Date value(Amount) *-1.

And finally XIRR as =XIRR(Cashflows,Date)
