Enterprise installation - incorrect characters in web browser

I have installed Sense Enterprise on a 2012 server and am running IE11.  I had no errors on the installation and everything appears to be running normal for the characters on the web browser.  Any suggestions on how to fix this? Here's an example screen shot:

Hi Ken,

   This situations is normal and occurs only with IE11 not updated. Try to update, analyze security settings or use another browser.
