New to Qlik Sense

A user lost work because the app failed to save in their work stream.  The log shows the following.  What's a possible cause?

Command=Reload app;Result=-128;ResultText=Error: Internal error

Command=Doc:: DoSave;Result=9000;ResultText=Error: Write Failed

Command=Doc:: DoSave;Result=9000;ResultText=Error: Write Failed

Command=Reload app;Result=15;ResultText=Information: Request aborted

I'm also faced the same with doSave()

is there any explanation - what is wrong and how to solve it?

I found no solution but possible theory is that your environment is low on resources
