Error While Connecting to Database

Am getting this error while connecting to database

How can i Resolve this?

have u checked the connection with your data base.Due to network prob sometimes it may show such kind of errors

no problem with data base

i am able to connect database with qlikview

but with qliksense it is not working

Database is configured properly i can use that database in qlikview but if i load it in qliksense it is showing this error
