Error connect to MySQL in Qlik Sense Cloud

Hello friends! In Qlik Sense Cloud, I get an error when connecting to MySQL db. There is no connection error in Qlik Sense Desktop. Please help me solve this problem.

HI Viktor,

You need to understand the difference between both connection.

When you try using Desktop it will work, because Desktop is local to your machine and thus the IP 127.0.0.1 works fine, but when you are using Cloud, it is on internet and when you use the 127.0.0.1, it wont find that IP and thus gives error.

I would recommend that assign a static IP to your Machine and then use that while creating a connection on Cloud.
