Error installing QlikSense September 2017 Patch 1 - Qlik Community

Hello, I downloaded Qlik Sense Personal Edition and I want to install it over Windows 7 x64. After installation I get an error:

"Installation failed - An error has occured".

I attach the log files.

I try to execute with "Run as administrator" and this tutorial:

2) Change registry etry.

2.1. Open regedit

2.2. Seach for HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User

Shell Folders

2.3. Change the path in "Personal" entry to a local path, but remember the

old path!

2.4. Now you can install qlikview without an error.

2.5. Change the path in "Personal" to your old.

But not works.

You have seen that this tutorial is for Qlik View?

I think you should save your Apps and then deinstall the old version and install the new.

You can find your Apps by default here:

C:\Users\"your user account name"\Documents\Qlik\Sense\Apps

I deinstall all older versions before trying to install the new...
