Error message "The Engine could not be unlocked. Please try again later."

My IT service has installed Qlik Sense Sektop on My pc following the information provided by support: to do a custom installation of the software and change install path from C:\Users\(Username)\OneDrive\Documents\Qlik to C:\Users\(Username)\Documents\Qlik

Result: C:\Users\sinayol\Documents\Qlik

But I have the following error message whe I launch Qlik Sense Desktop: "The Engine could not be unlocked. Please try again later."

I don't find any solution in Qlik Community.
Could you help me?

Happens to me sometimes with the Desktop version. Closing the window and starting Qlik again works for me.
