Error while Installing Qlik Sense Desktop

Hello All,

I tried installing Qlik Sense November'18 and getting below error. I also tried to Install April'19 version but error remains the same.

Displaying error message. Title: Qlik Sense Desktop setup - A fatal error has occurred. Information: Access to the path 'C:\Windows\Temp\{}\.ba\License_Desktop.rtf' is denied.

Kindly assist in resolving the same.

Hello, 

- Are you installing Qlik Sense Desktop as a local administrator on the PC?

- Could your Anti Virus be blocking the installation?

- What do the installation logs say?

Yes Installing as a local Admin on the PC. Antivirus is not blocking the installation. I have already mentioned the log details.
