Error while downloading Qlik sense or qlik view desktop version

I am trying to download the desktop version for Qlik sense and qlik view and keep getting this error.

Which browser are you using ?

Please clear the Cache and Cookies in Your Web Browser then try it out.

Also, Please try download it with a different Browser. e.g Chrome, IE, Firefox

Is the issue with any version of the Qlik Sense Desktop and the QlikView Desktop when downloading from:
Downloads | Qlik Community

Could you please add more context to the issue?
