Error with Sum Function

I want to calculate Sum of Rating_Calc according to Year, Name and QuestionGroup,

But It's coming 30720 and 704 instead of 30 and 11.

If we Sum Rating_Calc by year, Name, QuestionGroup, it should be 5+5+5+5+10=30 and  2+2+2+5=11.

Group By Year, Name, QuestionGroup;
