Excel download from QlikSense Business is blank

Hello,

I have just finished a app that holds a table only. When I export the table to excel I am either getting a blank file with headings only or if I filter and bring in only a small number of rows (less than 10), then I get excel to download as expected.

What could be going wrong?

Anyone got any ideas why I am getting headings only on excel data downloads?
