we are on QLikSense April 2018 version and the operations Monitor App is missing (session details )data for some of the previous months.The db_v_file_override is set to 0 in the APP.
however when we set this parameter to 1 and reload we are seeing the missing data .So we want to understand why option 0 is not working. And does option 0 looks at both the log files and the database and loads the data in the APP.
Below are the options.
0 = auto = script will check for recent data in logging database
1 = file logs only (no database logs loaded)
2 = database logs only (no file data loaded except where file log data already stored in governanceLogContent QVDs;;
