Export an App with published sheets in it ?

Hello,

I would like to have details about how the App Objects work.

If I publish an app on my server and somebody creates a sheet in it, it will appear as Not Approved & Not published in App Objects of QMC

If they publish the sheet, it will be Not approved & Published and I presume any user will be able to see it.

But if I export the App, only the Approved and Published sheets will be exported.

Is there a way to Approve the work of someone else ? or at least export an App with all the Published but Not Approved sheets ?

(or a way to approve a sheet)

My aim is to be able to get the work made on the server and export it to work on it on Desktop.

Thanks

Hi Frédéric,

Check this thread:

Re: RE: Export User created

After you made the sheets that are created by users approved, you can just export the app, as Sangram said.

Hi Federic,

If you would like to export an app in Qliksense , follow this process:

go to QMC->Select Apps section-> select the app you would like to export->click on more in the options panel below->select export.

This will export the app to the downloads folder.

You can now copy it to the apps folder in your desktop version and work on it.

Thanks,

Sangram.

As Undergrinder mentioned, the sheets have to be approved and once done, the export procedure is the same.
