Export data to Excel keep loading

Hi, 

I am facing a problem with exporting data from Qlik sense.  I want to export data from a table with is just only 2 rows but when I click on Export data the wheel keep spinning as you can see from the picture below. I can export table as pdf or image. 

Suggestions are welcome 🙂

I just notice that I can export to excel but Qlik takes more than to 15 mins to  prepare download link. Anything that I can do to speed up this process?

Would you please be able to provide more information?

• Are you using QlikSense Desktop, QlikSense Cloud, QS Enterprise?
• Is this the first time exporting to Excel take this long? 
• Do you change/upgrade your anti-virus software? Qlik could be waiting for the AV to clear the file.

Hi Esso, 

I am using QS Enterprise and We had not have this problem before it worked fine last month. 

The problem appear after IT department increased capacity on c: disk.  Any log that I can check? regarding anti-virus?

I noticed that there is a lot of PostgreSQL error in Event log. Could this be a root problem? 

The description for Event ID 0 from source PostgreSQL cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

ERROR: null value in column "payload" violates not-null constraint
DETAIL: Failing row contains (45995597, 2021-01-06 21:02:16.926508+01, INFO, 31, Qlik.Printing.Rendering.CefSharp.Communication.RemotingServer, dervername, printing, 8996, null).
CONTEXT: COPY log_entries, line 2
