Export pdf generating empty pdf.

Hello everyone,

I am trying to export standart Qlik Sense Map object to pdf file, however export pdf generating empty pdf file.

I have standart qlik sense map object(not an extension) like below: When I have right click and  choose export to pdf, it waits too long and then getting empty pdf file. Do you have any suggestion to fix this issue?

Currently we are using qliksense server 11.24.4 and for the end user November 2017 patch2.

I tought it may related with the security rules and checked, it seems okay.

Please suggest me any solution if anyone of you gone through the same problem. Any help will be appreciated.
