Extension failed to import Qlik sense April 2019

I am trying to install some extensions and now I am getting failed to import check logs.  

What logs are used to check the issue?

Has anyone had an issue install Quick Ad-hoc or Climber Custom report on April 2019?

For Any chances are you importing the "QuickAdhoc-QS-master.zip" file? Because, note that is the master, it has none extensions items in it, you must go within inside you'll fine the actual extension to upload. Same for the Climber extension.
