Extensions added in Custom Objects shows Black image

Hi,

I was using sense-Funnel chart Extension from Qlikbranch in my qliksense App which was all set and working fine. Now suddenly when opened the app it shows Black Background image as below.

Have anyone faced this issue and can i get some solution to this?
