External User Login to Qlik Sense Site

Hi All,

We have a site of https://51.1XX.XXX.XXX/hub and we can login to the site successfully. When the external user use the same account login to the side, it fail.

Could anyone how to solve this problem?

Hi,

Make sure from your IT that the IP is accessible over internet.

You can ask your external users to ping and see if they get any reply of ping.

Is that need for type the IP address before user name for the external user?

When i use my personal phone to login in the site, it is not successful for the wrong account, but i can access the website.

Yes,

The username should be entered in "Domain\Username" format.

So if your users is a local user you can use the ".\Username"

Thanks. I still can't login.

I will ask IT whether our IP address can't accessed by external user.
