External program task

Hi, we have version 13.95.3 (September 2020)
I can't see "External program" task in QMC, is this because we have an old installation?

Do someone have a working script for a batfile so i can put QVD to a SFTP?

To answer your first question, yes the version of Qlik Sense you are running predates external task creation being exposed in the QMC.
