Extract Date Time from text Field

I've data in the following format:  /year=2019/month=10/day=02/hour=17/

And i would like to extract Date and Time from the above data:

Ex: 2019/10/02-17

=right(subfield(Time,'/',2),4)&'/'&right(subfield(Time,'/',3),2)&'/'&right(subfield(Time,'/',4),2)&'-'&right(subfield(Time,'/',5),2)
