Failed to open, close, or obtain file status

I am currently working on a customized operations monitor. I duplicated the current one and have been working on it, but suddenly when I reloaded it I received this error

Failed to open, close, or obtain file status for file \\QSCENTRALDEV01\DevLogs\governanceLogContent_1.1.qvd


I checked and made sure that I could locate the specified qvd and I can, so I am confused as to what could be causing and issue with opening this qvd.

What version you are? There was an update this week convering log files.
