Hi Community,

Please find the below sample data. This is a daily work report (DWR) for employees from different departments. I have taken 11 days sample data from 01/21/2020 to 31/01/2020. This is really important to fill DWR on daily basis however few employee don't fill it timely and missed days. 

I just  wanted to get the percentage of deparments and employees filling DWR..

@sunil-kumar5  can you share also the expected output or the formula you use ?

Hi Taoufiq,

Actually I am not sure as what to use in this case to get the output. But I can explain it further, so this is the daily data filled by the employees like 100 out 500 don't fill their DWR so we can have percentage or numbers as how many employees are not filling it department wise.

Hi Kush, Sorry didn't get the notification for your reply.

The date column is freezed and auto selected, and there is no issue with the hours. 

The thing is that I need to provide the percentage of each department as how much they are compliant to filled it on daily basis.

So the last column could contain empty values? In that case:

DWR:

Load

Count(Employee_Name),

Department

From YourDataSource Where(IsNum([Given Hours])=0) group by Department;
