Find date when cumulative demand match actual stock

Hi everyone.

I have two tables: 1) Actual Stock; 2) Demand forecast by month. As below.

I need to now:

 - how long stock cover demand.

 - if it's over demand

 - if don't have demand

How to do this set analysis?

How do you get 3.6 for material A?

Actual stock of A = 15demand from Aug= 3 (15 - 3 = 12)demand from Sep = 5 (12 - 5 = 7)demand from Oct = 4 (7 - 4 = 3)demand from Nov = 5 (3 - 5 = 0 ... 2 missed, so didn't complete the 4th month.... so 3.6)

I just noticed that B result is wrong in my example. It's not 4, the right answer is 7, from July until February.

I am still confuse. How it is from July untill Feb for material B.  I can see it starts from 9/2019 which is sepatember
