Fiscal year should start on 1st September

Hi,

I need to calculate as follows

=(TODAY()-N5)/(365/12).................................where N5=09/01/2021(1st Sep 2021) but this is static I want to make this date as dyanamic when fiscal year change the year should change and month and day should  be same i.e. 09/01/_____

my fiscal year changes on 1st sep-31st Aug
