Fixed values on y -axis

Hi,

I want fixed values that are -9,-4,-1,0,9,4,1 on y axis of bar chart.I am using min/max but i am only getting -9,0,9.

What happen when you select the scale as Narrow in Y-axis panel in Chart properties?

i am getting values like -5 ,but when i use scale as medium and increase the chart size at least i can see -9,-4 values. or there is another option called reference lines we can use that one too.
