Folder Connection Problem

Hi,

My problem happened after a password change from my infrastructure, i can't see the shared network folders anymore.

First i tried check if new password will work in windows and worked. After i add the new password by QMC to my data connection, but still  without access.

Can you try to access as the service account and directly browse that path, if it prompt for a password, than that could be what is preventing it. Possible workaround it would be add a credential manager to the network path. Control manager > credential manager > windows credentials > Add a windows credential > Add "Brasil" for the network address( if that doesn't work try again with "\\Brasil")   > user name and password> try again.

Where can i find this network path "Control manager > credential manager > windows credentials > Add a windows credential > ". That's windows or qlik sense (qmc)?

Well, nothing in Qlik side, Control Panel is a feature in Windows OS, you can simply open windows search and type control panel, I would highly encourage engage your system administrator for help, since  he should know where is control panel is.
