Force a sheet to not clear

I have a app with multiple sheets that use alternate states.  The first tab doesnt have any filters more of a summary tab.  However, if someone were to click 'Clear All' on the summary tab it clears all my selections on the other sheets.  Is there a way to force 'Clear All' not to work on the summary tab?  Or have the other tabs ignore the clear all?  Any thoughts would be great.

Hi,

On Summary sheet alone, you can lock the fields that you don't want them to be cleared with help of below extension.

Fields that are locked won't be cleared when user selects Clear All options.  When the users moves to other sheets, you can unlock them if required.
