Format of Numbers in the "view data" of the chart

Hi everyone, 

May I know how can I change the number format after clicking the "View Data" option of the chart?

Screenshot below is a line chart, when I click on "view data" it will become screenshot(2).

I want to use a separator and set the decimal point to get the numbers (in the "view data" of the chart) .

For example: 96321.549 should be displayed as 96,322 or 96,321.55   

Is this possible?
