From other machines cannot access to the HUB

Hello all,

We  installed the Sense server and we have different kind of users, such as: Active Directory users and Windows Local users.

The thing is that we have two servers in the same domain and from those we can access perfectly to the HUB.

But when we try from other machines (connected on the same network) we cannot access to the HUB.

¿Why? Please help on this!!

Thanks in advance.

Do you have Windows firewall turned on?  If so, either turn it off or create a rule for ports 80 and 4248 for http and 443 and 4244 for https.

Hi Anna,

Try opening the browser as administrator. Is it prompting for the login credentials?

Thanks,

Sangram.

What occurs when you attempt to access the hub? Does the URL resolve? Do you get prompted for authentication? Does the authentication attempt fail or succeed? Can you access the QMC but not the Hub?
