GeoPoints Aren't All Coming Through

I am loading a table that has location data including lat & lng, however some of the values show up on my map and others do not. Any idea why this is happening?

I have included my load script and my dashboard showing just 5 of my 105 items filtered. While I have filtered 5 only two dots are showing up. I don't see any difference in the location field for the different locations so I'm really kind of stumped on why some are working and others aren't.
