Getting an error while login to qliksense desktop.failed to authenticate against the selected server

While i am login to Qlik sense desktop , getting an error as "failed to authenticate against the selected server,please make sure your internet is working on not and try again"

please give me the solution ,how can i login to Qlik sense desktop as earlier.
