Getting error in User directory connector (UDC) is not configured. User directory connector is not operational.

Hi,

We are not able access active directory and getting below error.  

User directory connector (UDC) is not configured. User directory connector is not operational.

It was working upto 17 july. but now it give us below error. 

Please suggest that what are  other information you need so that you help use in resolving  the issue.
