Grouping per month

I have a date column(Budget_applied_date) which means when we have applied our budget per project. It appears cca 40 days . In the screenshot you can see the last column for this date(just for one project). Now i would like to make columns from those values like 2021August,2021September,2021October....

I would like to have those values on one row.One Project should be one row.

Desired output:

Project              August2021          September2021

1                               10k                               10k

Anyone has any idea how to solve it?
