HTTP Error 404. The requested resource is not found.

Hi ALL

I am not able to log on qmc/hub.Find hereunder details from trace system proxy log. Please advise.

XXX\yyy Proxy will not be listening to port '443' (most likely bound by another process)

An attempt was made to access a socket in a way forbidden by its access permission at

System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoBind(EndPoint endPointSnapshot, SocketAddress socketAddress)↵↓  

at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Bind(EndPoint localEP)↵↓   at System.Net.Sockets.TcpListener.Start(Int32 backlog)↵↓  

at Proxy.Core.RequestListener.Start()
