Help with canonical date

Hi all, 

I'm trying to implement the canonical date logic but with no success; I might need some help ! ( @sunny_talwar  , @hic@rwunderlich  )

 

Here's what I have 2 AGGREGATED tables by OfferNumber (the filed is numero_offre) (can't change the way tables are)

1) Table 1 : Consultations:

I contains this : (so the Key is numero_offre)

how many has consulted the offer in each date..

 

the second table is : Postulations (same thing, the Key is numero_offre) : how many has applied for the offer in each date

What I did : I created a calendar for each table BUT couldn't find a way to create the BRIDGE TABLE as described here :

Can anyone help PLEASE?
