Hidding the menu bar

Hi all, 

does anyone know how to hid the menu bar without the user of a mashup?

Maybe with security rules? 

I was using the truechart-menubar extension to do so and it worked just fine; but with the Feb 2019 release, it does not work anymore with the new navigation system between analysis, data and stories.

Any hint?
