High RAM/Memory issue on Qlik Sense server

Hi All,

Need one help please.  we have one Qlik view server [16 CPU, 64 GiB Memory]. This server is going down continuously. we checked the performance in Task manager.  Qlik Service engine is consuming 99% memory. Please refer snapshot.

Also we did the memory settings as per the qlik installation document.

I already gone through different posts on this community where others users has same  memory/high RAM issues. But it didn't helped to resolve this.

A cartesian product on large tables can do this quickly
As others have said, use the Operations Monitor to identify apps taking long times to load and check the data models

In Our case -

We had App in production container damaged. This app copied to Developer Container, litte bit modified and he works nice. When modified App loading to Production container, he works slowly, used high RAM. Solution was to copy existing damaged App, uploading data, renaming app to old name.

We also experienced similar situation and the culprit were a couple of apps. You need to first identify the app causing this high consumption of memory. Possibly the reason will be using left join or inner join of large tables.

In our case
We had loaded data from Binary file only. And damaged application was loaded over 3 minutes and used over RAM 20 GB by 1 user connection. After loading damaged application in server RAM not released. After copy to new app, loading time 5 sec and RAM used only 1 GB in server.
