How can i get the list of Apps/Streams/Extensions from Qliksense

@jaswanth222, do you have access to the Qlik QMC?

if so and you go there do you have access the audit button?

if all of this is true, you can use the audit feature in Qlik Sense to get an list of apps/streams/ etc.

If you are having restricted access in QMC , 

Kindly Make use of  Monitoring app Stream in the Hub , within that you have certain dashboard which will help you to identify the requested data.

do you have access to the monitoring stream with the Qlik provided monitoring apps?(like @Lakshminarayanan_J  suggested)  if so then you can use those 

otherwise if you don't have access to them, it will be impossible to get the information out
