How can i upgrade from Apr 2018 to Nov 2018 in qliksense

April to Nov should be fairly straight forward
my first question would be if you are using extensions? If so it becomes more complicated as not all are updated often enough
What i follow usually is simple but thorough
- review release notes for any potential pitfalls
- Developers Test the apps on QlikSense desktop
- upgrade test environment first and perform regression test
- Only if all of the above passes do we go for upgrade
