How do turn my line graph into a cumulative line graph?

The title says it all.

I can't see any options for this.

Is it a plugin that I need?

Are you looking for

cumulative  Frequency Graph

or

cumulative  Graph

For any addition or increasing you can use

Expression...>Accumulation...>Full Accumulation

I am not sure of .

I am using Qlik Sense Desktop and I don't see that option anywhere in the properties for the chart.

What worked for me was including the TOTAL in the RowNo()  and count() so try using TOTAL

RangeSum(Above(TOTAL count({<M_STATUS=p(M_STATUS)>}DISTINCT [PM Number]),0,RowNo(TOTAL)))
